How OneBrain AI handles personal data when you use LinuxAir and this website.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and company name when you sign up.
- Workspace configuration — the providers and models you connect. Provider API keys are stored encrypted.
- Request metadata — for each routed request: the model used, token counts, cost, latency, the routing decision and short previews (up to 400 characters) of the prompt and response. Previews are cleared after 90 days.
- Payments — payment references and amounts. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay or Stripe and never reach us.
- Website enquiries — what you send through the contact form.
How we use it
To route your requests, show your dashboard and request history, bill platform fees, improve routing for your workspace (for example from your feedback), respond to you, and keep the service secure.
Who it is shared with
Prompts are sent to the model providers you connect, on your own accounts, and — when configured — to the embedding and judge models used for routing and answer checks. Payment processors receive what they need to process payments. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Request previews are cleared after 90 days. Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required by law.
Your choices
You can revoke API keys and remove providers at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@linuxair.com.
